Letter Bridge ("Company," "we," "us") operates the GOKO mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

1.2 Content You Create
Trip itineraries, community posts & comments, travel journal entries (text, photos, videos), place reviews & ratings, bookmarks & likes, reported content.

Device type & OS version, app version, crash logs, usage analytics (screens visited, features used).
1.4 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Precise GPS location (we do not track your real-time location)
- Phone contacts
- Call logs or SMS
- Financial information
- Biometric data

We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties, use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, or send marketing emails without your consent.
3. AI Translation and Processing
3.1. Community content may be translated using AI (Google Gemini API) when users request translation.
3.2. When translation occurs, your post content is sent to the AI service for processing. No personal information (name, email, profile) is included in translation requests.
3.3. AI-generated translations are not stored permanently unless cached for performance.
3.4. Our translation system uses a glossary database (RAG) to improve quality. This glossary contains Korean travel terminology, not personal data.

5. Data Storage and Security
5.1. Storage Location: Your data is stored on Supabase servers (AWS infrastructure).
5.2. Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
5.3. Access Control: Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures users can only access their own data.
5.4. Offline Data: Trip data saved for offline use is stored locally on your device in JSON format. This data is not encrypted on-device.
5.5. Retention: We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We will respond to your requests within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
7.1. GOKO is not intended for children under 14 years of age.
7.2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
7.3. If we discover that a child under 14 has created an account, we will delete it promptly.
8. International Data Transfers
8.1. Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence.
8.2. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.
9. Cookies and Tracking
9.1. The App does not use browser cookies.
9.2. We may use anonymous analytics to understand App usage patterns.
10. Changes to This Policy
10.1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
10.2. We will notify you of significant changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
10.3. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

제1조 (수집하는 개인정보)
① 이용자가 직접 제공하는 정보: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(암호화 저장), 표시 이름, 프로필 사진(선택), 언어 설정, 국적/국가(선택)
② 이용자가 생성하는 콘텐츠: 여행 일정, 커뮤니티 게시글·댓글, 여행 일지, 장소 리뷰·평점, 북마크·좋아요, 신고 내역
③ 자동 수집 정보: 기기 종류·OS 버전, 앱 버전, 크래시 로그, 이용 통계
④ 수집하지 않는 정보: 실시간 GPS 위치, 연락처, 통화·문자 기록, 금융 정보, 생체 정보
제2조 (개인정보의 이용 목적)
앱 서비스 제공 및 유지, 계정 생성 및 관리, 커뮤니티 기능, 서비스 알림, 앱 개선을 위한 분석, 커뮤니티 콘텐츠 관리, 법적 의무 준수, 광고 표시.
회사는 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
제3조 (AI 번역 및 처리)
① 커뮤니티 콘텐츠는 이용자 요청 시 AI(Google Gemini API)로 번역될 수 있습니다.
② 번역 시 게시글 텍스트만 전송되며, 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다.
③ 번역 결과는 성능 캐싱 외에 영구 저장되지 않습니다.
④ 번역 품질 향상을 위한 용어집(RAG)은 한국 여행 용어만 포함합니다.
제4조 (제3자 제공)
Supabase (백엔드), Google Gemini (AI 번역), Google/Apple Auth (소셜 로그인), Naver Maps (지도), TourAPI (장소 검색), ODsay (대중교통), 기상청 (날씨)
제5조 (보관 및 보안)
① 데이터는 Supabase 서버(AWS 인프라)에 저장됩니다.
② 전송 시(TLS/SSL) 및 저장 시 암호화됩니다.
③ Row-Level Security(RLS)로 본인 데이터만 접근 가능합니다.
④ 오프라인 데이터는 기기에 JSON 형식으로 저장됩니다.
⑤ 계정 활성 기간 동안 보관하며, 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내 파기합니다.
제6조 (이용자의 권리)
개인정보 열람(앱 설정), 정정(프로필 편집), 삭제(계정 삭제), 이동(이메일 문의), 동의 철회(앱 설정), 처리 거부(이메일 문의). 요청일로부터 30일 이내 처리합니다.
제7조 (아동 보호)
① GOKO는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
② 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
제8조 (국외 이전)
이용자의 데이터는 서비스 제공을 위해 대한민국 외 국가로 이전될 수 있으며, 관련 법률에 따른 적절한 보호 조치를 취합니다.
제9조 (방침 변경)
① 본 방침은 수시로 변경될 수 있습니다.
② 중요 변경 시 시행 7일 전 앱 또는 이메일로 통지합니다.
